On June 10–11, 2019, Yekaterinburg hosted the 10th Ural demographic forum – the international scientific conference “Socio-economic and demographic aspects of the implementation of national projects in the region”. The concept of the forum is traditionally based on interdisciplinary approaches to population research, which this time was reflected in six discussion platforms: Human potential of Russia in the twentieth century in the context of modernization; Sociological, psychological, medical and demographic aspects of youth socialization; multi-Child as a social phenomenon; the Role and importance of parenthood in the framework of the project “Education”; Socio-economic factors of demographic development. The results were summed up at the round table “Ural demographic forum: results and prospects”.
